CWO

CWO is a frequency shift effect which can be found on the notorious teenage engineering OP-1 synth / sampler.

This is an approximation of the effect, I don't own an OP-1 myself so I watched a lot of youtube videos analysing the effect.

This is my first max for live device so it is not perfect. But I intend to make further improvements and bugfixes in the next versions.
